We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days and when possible, sooner. Please be aware that we release all parcels to our carriers at the end of each working day.
Our little team observes the following holidays and no orders (or customer support correspondence) will be processed on those days and they will not count as business days:
New Year’s Day; Valentine’s Day; Groundhog Day (February 2nd); 8th April; Good Friday; Easter Monday; 2nd May; Memorial Day; 8th & 14th June; 4th July; Labour Day; Thanksgiving; Black Friday; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; December 26th; New Year’s Eve.
Please note: If you have a pre-order it will not dispatch in the two business day timeframe. The dispatch date for all pre-orders is available at time of sale, within your confirmation and within our pre-orders section.
We monitor our order fulfillment and dispatch closely however if you believe your order is late dispatching, please allow until the end of the working day as our parcels are not picked up or dropped off until end of day, 6:00pm CST/CDT.
