TELL US ABOUT YOUR DAMAGED ORDER

- Use the email subject “DAMAGED ORDER”, then enclose your:
- Order Number
- Description of how the order is damaged
- Photographs that clearly show how the order is damaged
- Photographs of the internal and external packaging
- Let us know if the external packaging was damaged upon arrival
