Faulty Items

If any of our products are faulty upon arrival please do get in touch asap by complete the form further below, complete with photographic evidence, within 2 days of receiving your order.

If there are any issues with the information received, we will get in contact. If all of the information on the form is complete and verified we will then process the replacement of the faulty item(s) free of charge in line with our standard processing times. You will then receive an order confirmation and a dispatch email along with a tracking number.

If the item is no longer in stock we will offer you the option of a different item within the same price point, a refund or store credit.

Please note: When it comes to faulty items, we are looking at production issues and production quality. We are not looking at wear and tear of items as there are too many variables outside of our control. For example, we are not responsible for stickers once they have been removed from the backing as we cannot ensure that they have not been tampered with unnecessarily. We have rigorously put our stickers through their paces. We are not responsible for t-shirts after they have been washed or size issues. Wash and sizing information is available on the website at time of purchase to avoid any purchase confusion.
