How Long Will It Take For An Order To Ship & Arrive?
As a small business we aim to turn around our orders as quickly as possible.
It takes us a maximum of three business days to prepare, pack and dispatch your order – although if we can dispatch it within one business day we certainly will!
Our fulfillment hours are: Monday to Friday, 9am to 2:30pm*
Our dispatch hours of operation are: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm*.
All parcels are sent via either UPSP or UPS. You can find your expected delivery time in our Shipping section.
As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched you will receive an update email. If your order has trackable shipping you will also receive your tracking number within this email and a link to track the most up to date information about your orders expected arrival date.
VIEW THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER: You can also view the status of your order in your account, just navigate to ‘My orders’ within your account.
PRE-ORDERS: Please note: If your order contains a pre-order item, or an out of stock item, it will ship at a date later to the rest of your order.
