Shipping Information

As a small business we work hard to balance our shipping rates in order to remain competitive and sustainable, while also delivering economic shipping options for our customers.

We offer two shipping options:

– Tracked shipping via USPS and UPS

– Untracked Shipping via USPS (for small sticker orders only)

If you are purchasing a small sticker order, you can choose to check out with either tracked or untracked shipping. All other orders will automatically default to the tracked shipping option.

Please note: Orders within the Continental US over $40 will receive free tracked shipping.

USPS & UPS

Our small and large packages are sent via either UPS or USPS Ground tracked services. We choose your individual carrier based on their performance in your area and delivery times. Transit Times for ground parcel services are between 2-5 business days.*

USPS Domestic First-Class Mail

USPS Domestic Transit Times for First-Class Mail, which is untracked and our most economic way of sending out small sticker orders, has an estimated delivery lead time between 1-7 business days within the continental USA.*

NOTE: If you choose the economic untracked shipping option, please be aware that we do not replace or refund lost untracked orders. View our returns & refunds policy.

*Please note that on occasion there may be circumstances beyond our control and also UPS and USPS’s control such as the weather, industrial action or other factors which may mean your order will be delayed in transite. If we are aware of any issues ahead of time we’ll be in contact via email and we’ll also list any delivery issues, and timescales for delivery, here on the website. We thank you for your patience.

Packages going to certain destinations for example, Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations may receive slower service.
