Tracking Number Issues
If you’re experiencing issues with your tracking number we have a few suggestions:
– Please be aware that it may take 24 hours for your tracking to come online with your carrier.
– Check that you are using the correct number to track your order once it’s been dispatched. It’s the number that you’ll find in your order dispatch email. Please note that it is different from your order number.
– Check you are using the correct tracking portal, UPS or USPS. A link will be available in your order dispatch email.
WHEN TO GET IN TOUCH
– If your tracking states ‘Address Information Required’. If your UPS tracking shows ‘address information required’, please do get in touch as we may have to confirm the details again with UPS or USPS. This could be because a shipping label has ripped or gotten smudged or damaged on the barcode, this can sometimes happen in transit.
– If your tracking number hasn’t come online 48 hours after dispatch (Monday to Friday), we’ll try and confirm what is happening with the carrier however, sometimes they can take 24hrs to get back to senders and the issue may have reslved itself in that time.
