Delivery Status Is ‘Delivered’ But The Parcel Is Missing
We’re so sorry to hear that your tracking says ‘delivered’ but you can’t find your package outside of your address. Not to worry, we have a few suggestions that may help you find your package.
Our carriers are normally really good at leaving ‘missed delivery’ notes or instructions. They also tend to take a photo of your package by your door, or in your safe place, when there’s no reply. If you could please double check the following so that we can rule them out:
– Do we have the correct delivery address for you? You’ll find these details on your order status page within your account or on your order confirmation or dispatch email.
– Can you please take a look to see if there’s a ‘left safely with or at’ card anywhere near your door or mail box? It may have been tucked into your door or stuck on your door and fallen off.
– Did one of your neighbors take your package in for safe keeping?
– Is it in the package section of your mail locker and the key is in your mail box?
– Can you please check to see if it has been safely left somewhere on your property? For example, behind a side gate, behind garbage cans and recycling boxes, in a garbage storage cupboard or plant pots near your door?
– Can you please check your order tracking in an hour just in case there was a delay in updating the courier’s website and they changed the status – unfortunately this can happen, along with the carrier marking the parcel as delivered a few minutes before it actually reaches your door.
If after these suggestions you still cannot find your package please contact the carrier (UPS or, USPS) directly who will be best placed to help you with additional information from a local perspective. Please use their contact details within their site.
If your package was delivered to your address however is missing, it may now be a local law enforcement issue, your carrier will be best placed to advise.
