If we have sent you an incorrect item in your order we really do apologize, we strive to check off each item as we pack it to avoid errors, we’re sorry this has been your experience.
If you’re now missing an item in your order because of this, we’d like to make that right for you and will send the correct item out to you if it is still in stock. If the item you wanted is not in stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative item, a refund or store credit.

- A clear photograph of the incorrect item
- Let us know if you also have an item is missing – and identify to us which item is missing
