🎁 How Long Will It Take For An Order To Ship & Arrive?
As a small business, we know how exciting it is to receive a package, so we work hard to get your items to you quickly!
Here’s what you can expect:
FAST FULFILLMENT ⚡ 📦 ✨
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Often, we get them out even faster! Our team is busy packing and shipping orders Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dispatches them from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
SHIPPING & TRACKING ✈️ 📦 📍
All packages are sent via USPS or UPS. Once your order is packed and ready to go, you'll receive an email update. If your shipping is trackable, this email will also include your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER 📱 🔎 🛍️
You can also track your order’s status anytime. Simply log into your account and click on 'My orders.’

📦 Shipping Information
As a small business, we work hard to balance economic shipping options that are both competitive and sustainable.
We ship all orders within the Continental US over $45 with free tracked shipping! 🎉📬✨
For all other orders, we offer two shipping options for you to choose from at checkout:
📍 Tracked Shipping: You will be able to choose from a variety of tracked services at checkout.
❓ Untracked Shipping: This is a low-cost option exclusively for small sticker and bookmark orders.
Important Transit Times:
- Tracked Services (UPS & USPS Ground): Typically take 2-5 business days* within the Continental US.
- Untracked Services (USPS First-Class Mail): Estimated delivery is 1-7 business days* within the Continental US.
A Quick Note on Untracked Orders 🕊️📦🌫️:
If you choose our economic, untracked shipping option for a sticker and bookmark order, please be aware that we are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost in transit. For this reason, we recommend choosing tracked shipping whenever possible.
*Things to Keep in Mind :
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes there are circumstances beyond our and the carrier's control, such as severe weather, natural disasters or other unexpected delays. If we are aware of any issues, we will post an update here and/or contact you via email.
Please note: Packages heading to destinations like Alaska, Hawaii, and other offshore locations may take a little longer to arrive 🐌💌
📅 Pre-Orders
We don’t currently have any pre-order products available. When we do, all the details will be listed right here!
- Payment & Timing: Pre-orders are billed immediately at the time of purchase to secure your item.
- Split Shipments: If your order includes both a pre-order and an in-stock item, your in-stock items will likely ship first.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and a link via email just before your pre-order ships. Please note that we have access to the same tracking information as you.
- Dispatch Order: Orders are dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis. We are unable to provide an exact shipping day within the given dispatch window.
As always, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, like weather or industrial action. If we become aware of any major issues, we will update this page and contact you directly.
🔎 Track Your Order
If you chose tracked shipping, you'll receive a tracking number and a link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This will give you the most up-to-date information about your package's expected arrival.
- We're in this together: Please know that we have access to the exact same tracking information as you.
- Carrier Delays: On occasion, unexpected circumstances like weather, industrial action, or other factors can cause a delay. If we are aware of any major issues, we will post an update here and contact you via email. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

🤔 Tracking Number Issues
Having trouble with your tracking number? Don't worry, here are a few suggestions that often help:
- Give it a moment. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to come online with the carrier.
- Check your numbers. Make sure you're using the correct tracking number from your dispatch email, not your order number. They are different!
- Use the right link. The carrier link in your dispatch email will take you directly to the correct tracking portal, either UPS or USPS.
When to Contact Us
If the steps above don't solve the issue, here's when you should get in touch:
- Address Information Required: If your tracking status shows that "address information is required," please contact us immediately. This may be due to a damaged shipping label, and we may need to confirm the details with the carrier.
- No Updates After 48 Hours: If your tracking number hasn't come online after 48 hours (Monday through Friday) from dispatch, please let us know. We'll do our best to confirm the status with the carrier for you.
🧐 Why Is My Order Being Held In Customs?
If your order is being held in customs, we understand that this can be a bit confusing. Here is what you need to know:
- It's often routine. Parcels are sometimes held for a routine inspection of their contents or paperwork. This is a standard part of the international shipping process and often requires no action from you.
- We've done our part. We take great care to ensure all the relevant documentation is completed for every parcel we send.
- Customs is out of our hands. We have no control over the regulations set by a nation's Border Agency or any fees, duties, or taxes they may decide to charge.
- You are responsible for any customs charges. Please be aware that all customs fees, duties, or taxes are your responsibility. We are unable to contact customs on your behalf or pay any associated charges.
Once your parcel is released from Customs, it will continue its journey to you as normal.
❓ 'Delivered' - But My Package Is Missing!
It's frustrating when your tracking says your package has arrived, but you can't find it. We're so sorry to hear this has happened! Here are a few suggestions that often help locate your order.
Quick Checks to Make
- Check the tracking one more time. Sometimes, the carrier marks a package as "delivered" a few minutes before it actually arrives.
- Verify your address. Please check your order confirmation email to make sure we have the correct delivery address for you.
- Look for a missed delivery note. The carrier may have left a note with instructions (tucked into your door or fallen off), a photo of where they left the package, or a card with information about where it's being held.
- Ask your neighbors. It's always a good idea to check if a neighbor accidentally received your package for safekeeping.
- Check your property. Take a quick look in any common "safe places" a carrier might have left it, such as behind a side gate, behind recycling bins, or in a mail locker.
Still Can't Find It?
If you've gone through the steps above and your package is still missing, the carrier will be the best resource to help you with additional information.
Please contact the carrier directly (UPS or USPS) to open a case or get more details from a local perspective. The carrier is best equipped to investigate and advise you on the next steps, including what to do if your package is considered stolen after delivery.

📝 Can I amend or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend it. If you need to add an item, you will need to place a new order.

😬 Oops! I Received an Incorrect Item
We're so sorry for the mix-up! We do our best to ensure every order is packed correctly, and we're sorry this was your experience. We want to make it right for you right away!
Here’s what we'll do:
- If the correct item is available, we will send it to you as soon as possible.
- If the correct item needs to be made, we'll need three working days to make it - although you'll be prioritized so hopefully it'll be much sooner than that!
😞 My Order Has Not Shipped
We understand you're excited for your order to ship! Here is what you can expect from us.
Our Dispatch Timeframe
We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days. Please note that parcels are handed off to our carriers at the end of each business day.
Our little team observes a number of holidays. No orders (or customer support) will be processed on these days, and they will not count as business days. A full list of our holiday closures is available on our website.
Pre-orders
If your order contains a pre-order, it will not dispatch within the standard three-business-day timeframe. The estimated dispatch date was provided at the time of sale and is also available in your order confirmation and our pre-orders section.
What if My Order is Late?
We monitor our fulfillment and dispatch processes closely. If you believe your order is late, please allow until the end of the day (6:00 p.m. CST/CDT) for your shipping confirmation to arrive, as this is when our parcels are picked up and processed by the carriers.
🥺 Something Is Missing From My Order
We are so sorry! We work hard to get every order right, and we apologize for this oversight. We want to make it right for you immediately!
Here is what we'll do:
- If the missing item is in stock, we will prioritize a new dispatch to get it to you as soon as possible.
- If the missing item is out of stock (i.e we have to hand make it), we'll need three working days to make it - although you'll be prioritized so hopefully it'll be much sooner than that!
⚠️ Faulty Items
I'm so sorry if an item you received is faulty! We take pride in our products and want to make this right for you.

🤕 My Order Arrived Damaged
i'm so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition. We strive to pack every product securely, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. We're here to help make this right for you.
To sort this out as quickly as possible, please provide me with details about the damage. Please provide this information within one day of receiving your order.

🚚 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

How it works: A quick summary
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 3 business days of purchase, as long as it has not yet shipped. If it has shipped, you are welcome to return it to us unopened and unused.
Returns
- Timeframe: You can return unwanted items within 10 business days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-returnable: Please note that digital downloads, personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.
- Shipping - Heads Up: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exchanges & Order Amendments
The fastest way to get what you want is to simply return your item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges or amendments to existing orders.
A note for our EU Customers:
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. However, by downloading digital content, you waive your right to this period under EU law.

We believe that great packaging should be both beautiful and kind to our planet. As a small business, we love to source our packaging from other small, local businesses whenever we can, which helps reduce our carbon footprint.
We love adding little flourishes to our packaging because we want your unboxing experience to be special and bring an extra little smile to your day!
A Quick Guide to What's Recyclable
- Fully Recyclable & Biodegradable: Our cardboard boxes, envelopes, branded sticker packing paper, and brown packaging paper.
- Recyclable Plastic: Our poly bags are also suitable for recycling.
We are aware that there are a few packaging areas where we can still improve recyclability and plan to do so as we grow!
Is Your Packaging Recyclable Or Biodegradable?
When sourcing our packaging materials we always look for recycled content, biodegradability and recyclability while still meeting the functional and aesthetic needs of our little brand and our budget.
We also look at packaging production and logistics – how close to our little studio is the packing made and how far will it have to be shipped before it’s onward journey to you. We love to buy small, local and recyclable where we can and elevate basic packaging within our little studio.
We love to add in little packaging flourishes because we want your unpacking and unboxing moments and experiences to be special and add an extra little smile to your day!
Our cardboard boxes, envelopes, branded sticker packing paper and our brown packaging paper are all fully recyclable and biodegradable. Our plastic poly bags are also suitable for recycling.
